Rescue unwanted or abandoned companion pets. Bringing them up to a healthy state: vetting, shots, personal care, spayed/neutered to find a qualified loving , caring home for them.
Description:
Non-profit, no-kill, charity animal rescue program. Devoted to saving unwanted or abandoned pets from being killed in a kill rescue or shelter. Funded by private donations ONLY. Our pets are in foster homes and we need help caring for them. Cleaning cages, litter pans, washing floors, vacuuming, using carpet cleaner. Loving and playing with the kitties, Cuddling kittens or puppies. Combing, brushing, walking the dogs, cleaning kennels. In the warm months, raking , mowing the grounds. Winter months, shoveling walks or clearing snow with the blower. Minor repairs in kennels or cattery. There is no minimum age requirement to volunteer. Potential volunteers should be responsible animal lovers with the ability to follow direction.
