This is a volunteer supported program of the Wings of Hope Hospice for residents in Allegan County. The GAPS (Giving Assistance, Providing Support) volunteer provides services to adults with chronic debilitating illness who doesn't qualify for hospice care. The volunteer may provide companionship, transportation, meal preparation, run errands, grocery shop or do a variety of household tasks to assist the client. Orientation and training is provided.
