Description:
Culpepper Garden is one of the largest senior centers in Arlington County and is the only Center operating 6 days a week from Monday through Saturday, serving approximately 860 distinct individuals. It is a place where older adults come together for services and activities that reflect their experiences and skills, respond to their diverse needs and interests, enhance their dignity, support their independence, and encourage their involvement in and with the Center and the community. A goal of the center program has been to nurture a sense of community and belonging through identification with the program and the relationships with staff inherent to that.
