CFLS has two primary goals: 1) to resolve short-term crisis needs and 2) to enable people to achieve permanent economic and social self-sufficiency. Through three major areas: Housing Services; Supportive Services and Community Outreach; Youth Development and Advocacy; Our holistic approach provides our clients with education, skills and support from a committed staff, empowering each client to pursue his/her goal of permanent independence
