Please join us in ensuring that no child of an incarcerated parent goes without a gift this holiday season by making a financial contribution, donating and wrapping gifts, and delivering gifts to children! OAR is a non-profit organization in Arlington, VA that blends compassion and accountability to assist offenders in leading productive and responsible lives, to the benefit of all. For more than 20 years, OAR has provided gifts to the children with incarcerated parents in our local detention centers. Each child receives a gift with a personalized note from their parent(s) delivered to them or by mail. We do this in the hope that the children will feel remembered at holiday time. You too can join us in making this happen!
