Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Nottingham Book Buddies are community volunteers who tutor beginning readers and writers in Kindergarten and first grade using the Book Buddies program developed at the University of Virginia Curry School of Education. Volunteers will meet with students individually once a week for approximately thirty minutes for ten weeks in the fall and ten weeks in the spring. Volunteers will receive training in the Book Buddy program and are provided with books and a lesson for each session.

Applicants must fill out an Arlington Public Schools application form.
