Volunteer Opportunity Details:

While CAP is best known for our flying, and we always need pilots, there are still plenty of opportunities for non-pilots. We need people who like to work with cadets (ages 12-21), lawyers, financial experts, and much much more. No military experience is necessary, but if you've been in any branch of the military, you're very welcome. (The Arlington Squadron is more "joint" than most--we have members from every branch of the service, except the Coast Guard. (That's because our Coast Guard person had to move to Vermont.)

The requirements for volunteers are largely based up what you want to do. Most jobs do have some training requirements, but much of the training is computer-based and can be done at your own pace. We provide nearly all training.
