The Highland Improvement Team's (HIT) mission is to improve the overall environment of our City for all residents and businesses.

Description:
The City of Highland started The Highland Improvement Team (HIT) in 1995. The Highland Improvement Team is a group of volunteers who help throughout the City, usually on the third Saturday of each month. Projects are typically four hours in length from 8am to noon. Most of our projects focus on helping beautify or repair homes for disabled or senior residents of Highland. Other past HIT projects have included graffiti abatement,park improvements and assisting with cleanups before and after special City events (YMCA Run, Citrus Harvest Festival).
