Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Be an H1N1 Vaccine Program Volunteer.

Volunteers are needed to help with Baltimore County Department of Health’s H1N1 vaccine program. Trained medical personnel will be administering the vaccinations, but willing community volunteers are needed to support and assist in this massive undertaking. You can play an important role in keeping Baltimore County’s most vulnerable residents flu free. Please join us as part of the solution!

Volunteers are needed immediately to screen patients, to assist with line control, to help with the hotline and to provide other general duties as needed.

Various dates, locations and shifts are available. You will be able to state your preferences when you sign up. The information you provide will assist us in your volunteer placement. No upfront commitment is required.

If you are willing to become an H1N1 Vaccine Program Volunteer, please contact Baltimore County Volunteers (410-887-2715 or volunteers@baltimorecountymd.gov) to express your interest. You will be asked to complete and submit a Volunteer Profile sheet along with your resume. You will then be contacted with additional information as soon as it becomes available.

Necessary training will be provided; medical experience is not required.
