Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Spend time assisting residents with various activities -- bowling, crafts, word games, reminiscing. Share your travel experiences in discussion groups, lead a karaoke, play an instrument during meals to provide pleasant background music. Help or lead bingo games with residents.

All volunteers must have a drug screen. These are provided at Oak Crest by licensed nurses. Volunteers over the age of 18 must have a background check. Three references are required of all volunteers. An orientation class and dementia class are required.
