
Herring Run Watershed Clean-Up Events
HERRING RUN WATERSHED SPRING CLEAN UP If you love the outdoors and want to see Baltimore County look its best then volunteer for one or all of the following clean-up events: Sunday, February 11th - Winter Weed Pull in Herring Run Park Help our bike path and our trees by removing invasive vines during the dormant season. Meet at Cardenas and Chesterfield Avenue along Herring Run Park. Saturday & Sunday, March 31st and April 1st - Nursery Potting Party Help HRWA pot baby trees and install new a watering system. Learn basic tree care at the same time. Saturday, April 14th - Project Clean Stream 9 a.m. to noon This is our largest stream cleanup in parks and now targeting alleys and inlets in your neighborhood.
