Tree Planting Volunteers Needed

The Gunpowder Valley Conservancy and the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay need your help planting trees as "buffers" to help clean our groundwater and streams.  We are looking for people of all ages who like to get outside, get their hands durty, and enjoy meeting interesting people.  No experience necessary.

The events will take place at four different locations:

**Cloverland Farms & Prettyboy Farm on April 28th 9:30 a.m.

**Hydes Field in Long Green Valley on May 3, 2007 at 9:00 a.m.

**Towson Presbyterian Church Beetree Preserve in Parkton on May 12, 2007 9:00 a.m.

Volunteer are asked to wear sturdy shoes and clothes that can get muddy.  Some shovels and gloves provided; please bring your own as spares if you have them.  Drinks and snacks provided.
