Boston Senior Home Care is a private nonprofit agency, with 2000 clients living in the following areas: Charlestown, East Boston, South Boston, Dorchester, Mattapan, Downtown Boston, Beacon Hill, North End, West End and Chinatown. Our mission is to maintain frail elders at home with family and friends.
Description:
We provide the following services to elders age 60 and over: case management, homemaking/cleaning, home delivered meals, laundry, grocery shopping, emergency response system, assistance with bathing and dressing, transportation, money management, information and referral, volunteer services, medical escorts, and companion visitors to homebound frail elders.
History:
Boston Senior Home care is 27 years old, with a staff of case managers who provide service plans to maintain the elders at home. We are a private non-profit agency supervised by Office of Elder Affairs.
