We offer a wide array of ongoing courses, workshops and seminars for your youth, ages 10-19. If you are an artist, a financial expect, an entrepreneur, in a profession our youth might like to investigate, a person who likes to do carpentry or painting in our building, we have a place for you for a day or an ongoing opportunity. We also provide at-risk youth, 10-16 with one-on-one mentors who meet with their mentees 3 times each month for fun and friendship. We will utilize the skills and experiences that our volunteers bring. All volunteers must have clean CORI/SORI, with respect to working with children and youth. This opportunity is sponsored by: Bird Street Community Center

Taking 93 South, get off at Exit 15 - Columbia Road exit.
Turn right when you get to the end of the exit ramp. At the second traffic light, take a left onto Columbia Road.
Bird Street Community Center is at the 4th light after this left hand turn. The Center is on the right hand side of Columbia Road in the same building as the Uphams Corner Branch of the Boston Public Library. Walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor.
