Compassionate Care Hospice is seeking volunteers to help maximize the quality of life for terminally ill patients with a range of illnesses. Volunteers meet with patients wherever they call home, whether it be a nursing home, assisted living or a private residence throughout the North Shore and Merrimack Valley Area. Volunteers are an integral part of the Hospice team and provide invaluable companionship for the patients. No experience is necessary and training is provided. Compassionate Care Hospice also seeks to recruit volunteers with special experience in the areas of art, music, meditation, aromatherapy, reiki and pet therapy. Schedules are flexible but you will be asked to make a minimum commitment to provide consistency to patients and their Families. All interested parties should contact Compassionate Care Hospice's Volunteer Coordinator at sprovost@cchnet.net

Anyone who is interested is encouraged to contact the agency. Training is provided and experience is not necessary however Compassionate Care is seeking individuals with experience in art, music, meditation, reiki, aromatherapy and pet therapy to share their holistic experiences with patients and their families.
