Want to share your knowledge and talents with Girl Scouts in one day? Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts is hosting a spectacular all-day conference for Cadette Girl Scouts (6th-8th grade) at Simmons College on January 31, 2010. Girls get to choose four workshops that include themes such as creative arts, dance, local and global women’s issues, technology, service and the environment- there is truly something for everyone! Volunteers who have a specialty or passion and are interested in holding a workshop are needed. If you have the knowledge and passion but aren’t sure what you would like to do, GSEM will work with you to create a solid and exciting workshop. Each workshop lasts for 55 minutes and we ask each facilitator to commit to a minimum of two workshop slots. For more information, contact Amber Kleiman at akleiman@girlscoutseasternmass.org or 857-453-5346. This opportunity is sponsored by: Girl Scouts Of Eastern Massachusetts
