The Purr-fect Cat Shelter is looking for cat lovers to become foster parents. The Foster Care Program provides
additional cage space beyond that available in the shelter. Cats needing socialization, pregnant or nursing cats and their kittens are some of the
candidates for foster care. PCS is currently looking for homes in the Medway, Millis, Norfolk, Franklin, Walpole, and Bellingham areas.
If you have the space in your home for a Cat Condo or a spare room to house a PCS cat and can provide the daily attention needed, this

The purpose of the Purr-fect Cat Shelter Foster Care Program is to:
- Provide additional cage space for potentially adoptable cats.
- Provide a more suitable environment for pregnant or nursing cat and kittens.
- Provide temporary care for convalescent cats or.
- Provide temporary care for cats requiring socialization.
All cats placed in foster care are the property of PCS and must be returned to PCS upon request.
The PCS Adoption Counselors, in accordance with PCS Adoption Policies, shall handle all adoptions of foster care animals.
PCS will provide:
- Food, litter, litter pan and dishes.
- Veterinary care through designated sources only. Expenses for Services obtained from outside sources shall be the responsibility of the Foster parent unless specifically pre-approved by PCS.
A foster parent shall:
Agree to keep fostered cats segregated from all other animals.
Agree to keep foster pets indoors at all times.
Provide daily water, feeding, grooming, etc.
Be available to transport foster cats to veterinary, grooming adoption appointments using an approved cat carrier.
