What is BoardBank?

BoardBank, a service of United Way volunteer department, connects talented, committed people who want to serve with nonprofit organizations seeking board members. Working as an executive search firm in the community, BoardBank recruits, trains and refers dedicated leaders to a variety of nonprofit boards.

The Board Member will:
  • Serve on a nonprofit board of directors
  • Have the authority and responsibility to participate in the decision-making process of a nonprofit organization.

    The United Way BoardBank works with over 100 nonprofit organizations by

    • Recruiting talented and committed professionals
    • Matching them with agencies that have vacancies on their governing boards
      If you are a dedicated, talented and committed leader who wants to serve and contribute your skills and expertise to a nonprofit board, then the BoardBank would like to recruit you!
