Testimonials from past guides

"I bask in the glowing press, the TV lights, and, most of all, the applause! People pay money to hear what I have to say! Who gets that kind of ego boost at home?"

"First, the training is a most enjoyable thing. Then, there are all those neat people you meet -- the other guides, the young people, their parents and teachers, and visitors from everywhere -- Japan, Ecuador, Spain, Australia, Kansas, California, and Texas..."

"Giving tours reinforces my knowledge of Boston's history, and gives me the chance to revisit the visual panorama of Boston's architecture. If you want to learn something -- teach it!"
