Description:
Crossroads Hospice is a Medicare Certified Agency currently operating in seven states. Crossroads Hospice has a program called the "Ultimate Gift" in which clients can choose a special activity to enjoy with their family and friends. Volunteers may participate in setting up the activity along with being present for it. Many people describe this program as an adult "Make a Wish." A new office just opened April 1, 2009 at 9775 Rockside Road, Suite 270, Valley View, OH 44125. Crossroads Hospice slogan which is on all our literature is "Expect more from us, We do."

History:
Crossroads Hospice of NE Ohio in Hudson opened four years ago. We currently service a nine county area in north east Ohio. Due to our growth, it was felt that a second office should be opened north of Hudson.
