Volunteer Opportunity Details:

We need volunteers who have a definite interest in science and willingness to learn. We are looking for individuals who would be enthusiastic about co-advising a group of girls (teenage)facilitate interaction with scientists and coordinate the use of scientific facilities.
We are also in need of an "organizer" to check-in with the girls in between meetings, who might maintain an email listserv and a webpage for the group (the calendar for the group). Individuals should attend scheduled meetings but an occasional miss is fine.

Individuals must have a science and or technology background with a desire to share your expertise with teenage girls.
