Volunteer Opportunity Details:

As a result of funding announced by President Obama, people are now looking at community colleges in a new light. Baltimore City Community College is excited about our recently developed Senior Volunteer Program and we believe that you can make a valuable contribution to students on our campus. Numerous opportunities to serve and provide office support in departments thoughout the campus are available. Departments include, but are not limited to, Talent Search program, Human Resources, Trio/Stairs Program, Internal Audits, Distance Learning, and the Student Success Center.

Senior volunteers must be at least 55 years of age and have work experience related to the department. Educational requirements are noted for specialized areas such as instruction. Volunteers must attend an orientation session prior to serving at Baltimore City Community College.
