Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Be a Medical Professional Volunteer for the H1N1 Vaccine Program.

MDs, RNs and Nurse Practitioners with current licenses are needed immediately to assist with the Baltimore County Department of Health’s H1N1 vaccine program. You can play an important role in keeping Baltimore County’s most vulnerable residents flu free. Please join us as part of the solution!

Volunteer Injectors and Fillers of Needles are needed to support and assist in this massive undertaking. Various dates, locations and shifts are available.

Due to the unpredictable distribution of the vaccine, there may be limited notice from the Health Department in regard to their needs. Assisting with this project is a great service to your County and community. Thank you in advance for your flexibility.

If you are willing to become an H1N1 Medical Professional Volunteer, please contact Baltimore County Volunteers (410-887-2715 or volunteers@baltimorecountymd.gov) to express your interest. You will be asked to complete and submit a Volunteer Profile sheet along with your resume. You will then be contacted with additional information as soon as it becomes available.

Appropriate active professional medical licensure required. (MD, RN and Nurse Practitioners needed).
