| Every fall, CHAI (Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Inc.) volunteers help low-income senior homeowners prepare for winter. Volunteers install plastic on windows to reduce energy costs, rake leaves and clean up lawns, perform minor home repairs and check smoke detectors. Come out for a few hours of fun and teamwork to brighten the day and improve the lives of needy seniors in our community.
