
Participants adopt one of 23 sites throughout the Jones Falls Watershed to test for water pollution and to look for environmental issues like erosion or contamination. The data collected is used by the Jones Falls Watershed Association to prioritize restoration sites and to educate the public about issues facing the Jones Falls. Volunteers are needed to collect and analyze samples at predetermined sites around the watershed. No experience necessary-training is provided free of charge.
