Last updated on September 2, 2008

The Board of Directors is the policy-making body for EPO. The Board will be responsible for the development of and compliance with general policies and plans, including fund development, which govern the operation of EPO.

Candidates for board positions are referred to the Nominating Committee. The committee presents a slate of candidates to the full board for approval. Board members are elected for two year terms, or may fill a vacant position for the remainder of the term. Meetings are held a minimum of six times per year and meet on the first Monday of the month from 5:30 – 7:30 PM.

Board candidates are asked to submit a resume which includes why they wish to become a member of the EPO Board of Directors. They will be invited to meet with the Executive Director and another board member before their name is submitted to the board for consideration and nomination. They will also be invited to attend an EPO class and board meeting
