Volunteers needed!! If you’re interested in gaining experience working with the homeless, then this is a great place for you. Opportunities may include scheduling presenters for educational sessions, co-facilitating house meetings, helping with our open house during Homeless Awareness Week, working on the weekly newsletter, and helping Loaves and Fishes connect to other agencies and citizens in the community. Volunteers opportunities are available Saturday - Friday from 7:30a.m. - 11:00p.m. and hours are flexible.
Volunteers have to attend a one hour orientation and must be supervised by the Advocate at least one hour per week. Volunteers must have at least one year of college or a degree in Human Services.
