A Big Pal knows love and guidance are essential to the growth and development of a child. A Big Pal is a person of good character who is willing to be a positive role model, friend, and mentor and invest their time and interests in a child. Volunteers may be individuals or married persons who come from all walks of life. Big Pals must be 17 years or older, have a valid drivers license and access to an automobile. References and background checks are performed on Big Pal applicants There is a short training session with the Executive Director.
