The volunteer coordinator will plan, implement, and support volunteer administration process of recruiting, placement, orientation, record keeping, recognition, retention and career development of volunteers.
*Recommend policies and pratices in regard to chapter volunteers.
*Maintain a sound approach for recruitment, placement, retention, record keeping and recognition of all chapter volunteers.
*Work with all services in identifying and recommending those who have the potential for assuming volunteer leadership and assignments beyond the chapter.
*Develop and maintain relationships with other organizations and agencies.
*Provide support on volunteer issues for departments and committees.
