Help us keep our services available to the public 24 hours a day.
Two shifts are available for hotline:
5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m
10:30 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Respond to calls from the hotline from your home phone. Calls include information, donations, shelter calls and crisis calls. Provide first response to crisis calls which may include putting clients in motels and do initial intake paper work with that client. Complete all paperwork from calls. Can do an occasional shift or regular shift each week (your option)
Additional training is mandatory for new volunteers.
