Wyoming Council For International Visitors
Wyoming Council for International Visitors is a non-profit 501(c) 3 membership organization. It is one of 95 volunteer councils that serve as part of a nationwide network of organizations whose purpose is to introduce foreign visitors traveling as official guests of the U.S. Government to the United States. As a member of the National Council for International Visitors, Wyoming Council for International Visitors is Wyoming’s official host for U.S. government-sponsored visitors.
Description:
Wyoming Council for International Visitors staff members arrange professional meetings with Jackson’s experts in the visitor’s field of interest; provide opportunities to meet local folks socially in their homes, coordinate visitor presentations at Jackson schools and arrange accommodations and other logistics for the visitors. We want to encourage a greater understanding and appreciation of different world cultures and to promote the city of Jackson and the State of Wyoming as important centers of American culture and commerce
