To support students with disabilities in their transition from school to independent, healthy living. To ensure these young adults a variety of meaningful opportunities to enrich their lives and develop new skills.
Description:
Young adults work to complete courses and meet goals in consumer math, life skills, career education, and personal wellness as well as hold a variety of jobs in the community. Our program seeks to connect individuals with the community at large in terms of employment and social activities. We promote and practice elements of an active, healthy lifestyle.
