Teton County Tobacco Prevention Program
The Teton County Tobacco Prevention Program is funded by the Wyoming Department of Health and is dedicated to reducing exposure to secondhand smoke, addressing youth tobacco initiation rates and promoting tobacco cessation services in Teton County.
Description:
The Teton County Tobacco Prevention Program works in collaboration with a community coalition to promote policy change on smokefree environments throughout Teton County. The Program also promotes the WY. Dept. of Health's free quit tobacco resources at various events held throughout the community and by networking closely with the medical community. Lastly, the Program is actively involved with youth at Jackson Hole High School on various efforts to reduce youth initiation of tobacco use.
