Volunteer Opportunity Details:
| Last updated on October 6, 2009 |
The Jackson Hole Wildlife Foundation works in Teton County through a variety of programs to help people find ways to live compatibly with wildlife. Our programs include "Give Wildlife a Brake" to reduce wildlife/vehicle accidents, Bear Wise Jackson Hole (in collaboration with Wyoming Game and Fish) to keep bears wild and people safe, obsolete fence removal program, and Nature Mapping. If you can donate a few hours of your time each week, you can help the Jackson Hole Wildlife Foundation help our community live compatibly with wildlife. Your general office skills are needed for entering donor, supporter and volunteer information into an Excel spreadsheet and online database. We also need help with general office filing, stocking information materials at local venues, errands, help with mailings, and other tasks based on your interests and skills. These volunteer activities would mostly be done in our office. Hours are very flexible. If you are interested, send me an email or give me a call. Thanks for reading!
Volunteers should have an interest in wildlife and the mission of the Wildlife Foundation. Basic office and computer skills are desirable but will train someone willing to make a weekly commitment of time. This opportunity is sponsored by: Jackson Hole Wildlife Foundation
