Founded in 1907, RUSH Oak Park Hospital is firmly rooted in both the history and the future of Oak Park and its surrounding communities. The hospital is an integral clinical partner with RUSH University Medical Center and combines the convenience and personal touch of a community hospital with the technology and expertise of a major university medical center.

Our volunteers are dedicated to helping others. People who choose to volunteer at RUSH Oak Park Hospital are attracted to our healing mission and our commitment to the needs of patients and their families. Our volunteers earn respect, appreciation and gratitude every day. In addition to the many opportunities to meet new people and give back to the community, we also offer the following benefits: The opportunity to fulfill 40 hours(or more) of community service requirements.
