Disaster Role Players Needed for Drill

Role:
- Represent a member of a workforce who will operate a dispensing site
- Represent a member of the public who has been exposed to a harmful bacterium and must receive antibiotics at a public dispensing center
- real medication will not be handed out
- all medical information will be pre-scripted for you
Responsibilities:
- Attend a brief orientation the morning of the exercise
- Sign a waiver of liability for your participation in the exercise
Benefits:
- Contribute to ensuring the City is prepared to protect citizens of Chicago
- Free lunch will be provided
- Transportation from the assembly point to the exercise location and back to the assembly point
- Free parking at the assembly site
Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Available August 23, 2005 from 7:30am-5:00pm
