Description:
We provide compassionate, state-of-the-art home care to people of all ages throughout the 15 cities and towns of Franklin County. Programs include: Home Care, Hospice, Palliative Care, Maternal Child Health, Childbirth Education, Long Term Care, Homemaker, CareNet Private Duty, Wellness Programs through the Center for Health & Wellness, public foot clinics and Grief & Recovery Support Group. Services include skilled nursing, licensed nursing assistant, medical social work, homemaker, care attendants, physical therapy, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy.
