Samaritan House

Samaritan House,Inc. provides temporary shelter, transitional housing and intensive case-management services to homeless men, women and families. Our goal is to end homelessness in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties, and to help folks transition out of homelessness into permanent housing and self sufficiency.

Description:
Samaritan House is a temporary shelter that is open from noon-8:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday and noon Friday-Monday 8:00 a.m.. Guests are allowed to stay up to 45 days and we grant extensions as needed on an individual basis. Our staff offer case management and other support services to all guests. The shelter has food, clothing, laundry services, etc. available to our guests. We have two transitional housing programs on the third floor of our building. One apartment serves four men and the other is for families.
