South Burlington Community Housing (SBCH) is a non-profit organization providing housing to 10 low-income, permanently physically disabled young adults. We provide HUD-subsidized rental housing and partner with the VNA to provide 24/7 personal care to residents, which allows them to live independently as a part of the community.

Description:
We are an apartment building in South Burlington with 10 fully wheelchair-accessible apartments. We provide HUD-subsidized, income-based rental housing and partner with the Visiting Nurses Association to provide 24/7 personal care assistance. This allows our residents the assistance they need for their disability, while still allowing the freedom and independence they need to live full & productive lives.

Follow Williston Road from Burlington towards Williston. Two blocks after the intersection of Williston Road & Hinesburg Road, turn right into the Chappell's Florist parking lot. Drive through the parking lot and you will see the large, yellow building behind Chappell's. Park in the side lot or in the horseshoe parking in front of the building.
