The VNA cares for individuals and families through health and related services in homes and other community settings.

Description:
Community-based, non-residential day program at 3 sites (VNA Prim Road Colchester, Grand Way Commons South Burlington, and Falcon Manor Williston and PACE at Fanny Allen). The VNA Adult Day Program provides nursing oversight as well as therapeutic, social, recreational and respite services. Activities include daily news, current events, structured activities, exercise programs, breakfast, lunch and snacks,and nursing assessment to enhance independence and quality of life.
