Description:
The Hospice of the Champlain Valley is a service of the VNA. Our goal is to provide quality end of life care by supporting families, caregivers, community providers and others involved in the care of our clients. Other services include adult home care, Vermont Respite House, Maternal Child Health including the Family Room at H.O. Wheeler School, Adult Day Programs.
