Founded in 2000, the Winooski Community Justice Center operates as a division of the Winooski Police Department. We are powered by community volunteers who are interested in improving the quality of life in Winooski. Our programs include Volunteer Reparative Boards, Neighborhood mediation, Offender Reentry, Language interpretation access for city employees, and Graffiti Abatement.
