Energetic and motivated individuals with fund raising experience and/or a willingness to solicit donations and/or a willingness to help at fund raising events are sought help raise funds to support 4-H youth development programming and for scholarships for
4-Hers to attend educational programs.

| Day, Time, & Place of Board Meetings:: |

8-10 meetings annually at 655 Spear St, Burlington, VT. 2nd Tuesday of the month, 6:15pm-7:45 pm, |
| Minimum Position Requirements (e.g. serve on sub-committee, attend events): |

Foundation trustees are expected to attend at least 75% of the meetings and participate in at least 75% of the fund raisers. |
