We want folks to help us greet people at the Center, monitor the CyberCenter, give tours of our resources, help out with general support tasks and be a welcoming face! If you are good with people and enjoy helping people out this is the position for you!

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Greet everyone who comes into the Center and answer questions
• Direct people and phone calls to the appropriate staff member
• Sign people into the Cyber Center
• Monitor Cyber Center and ensure all rules are being followed
• Answer phones
• Provide general support tasks
• Update Resource binder

Volunteers need to be somewhat computer literate and not afraid to talk to people. This position requires a lot of one on one interaction with folks and you must be non judgmental. We also would like you to have a general understanding of lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer and transgender issues.
