April 26 - May 29, 2010- Calling all green thumbs and plant lovers! Burlington Dismas House invites you to volunteer for our Annual Burlington Dismas House Perennial Plant Sale which is located on Pine Street in Burlington. The Plant Sale will be held on May 20th through May 23rd. We need volunteers from April 26 through May 29th. No experience necessary, only the desire to get your hands dirty and learn about perennials. We need volunteers for the following positions: 2-4 individuals to help pick up loads of plants and topsoil between 4/26 and 5/18. Groups of 8, or individuals, to work 4-hour shifts "potting up" approximately 1,500 plants – 4/26-5/18. We also need help with setting up on 5/19 and breaking down the plant sale 5/23-5/29.
