If you love reading to preschool age children, volunteering for the new RSVP Read To Me Program is for you! Read To Me volunteers spend 1 hour once a week sharing the wonder of books with children in nonprofit childcare centers and preschools. Read with one child or a small group of children, it’s up to you! Classroom teachers are always present to supervise. Volunteers should love to spend time reading with children. They will receive pre-service training from the RSVP staff along with ongoing supervision/training from the childcare center/preschool staff. This opportunity is sponsored by: RSVP Of Chittenden County
