Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Help us keep Richmond's public trails safe and enjoyable while protecting the special qualities each of our nature preserves offers. We need volunteers to help monitor the condition of our trails and their impact on the landscape & habitats, as well as assist in maintenance projects. These range from clearing downed trees to installing waterbars to building and repairing bridges.

Though the needs vary according to each trail, moderate physical strength and the ability to use hand tools and possibly a chain saw is usually required.
