Help make the Bookmobile fresh and clean! Court Community Service
Powered by Truist

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Last updated on August 13, 2009

The Franklin/Grand Isle Bookmobile, which serves roughly 90 childcare centers per. month and some after school and elderly assisted living programs, would like to ask you to help us make the Bookmobile look fresh and clean! Our wish is to wash the truck inside and out, rearrange books and materials inside the truck if needed, and last but not least, we hope to repaint our safety step and back bumper in a bright color so it is not only safe but easily visible to all our patrons for everyone's safety!

The bumper and safety step will have to be scraped free of any existing black paint(this shouldn't take to long most of the paint is chipped off). Then a fresh cote of say a bright orange color-so that it stands out! This will make the safety step more visible and even safer for our many adults and children, to get onto the truck! -Thank you for your time, hope to see you soon.

We here at the Bookmobile require everyone to do what they love and have FUN!!
