Silent & Live Auction Committee

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Last updated on November 2, 2009

Help plan our annual auction with staff and volunteers. Contact businesses that previously have supported CARES with auction donations. Volunteers will do follow-up phone calls, pick up items, and inventory them. Volunteers should be comfortable with Excel. Most of the follow-up results in a positive response, so the effort is rewarding. Volunteers on auction day will load and transport and set up the tables, so strong backs and good organization are needed for this option.
Attend biweekly committee meetings from Dec-March and volunteer 3-4 hours on the day of the auction (date TBD)
