Volunteer mentors needed for teens. Adults with various talents and interests to serve as role models, friends, support persons for teens who are exploring their own talents and interests. Volunteers should be able to be a role model, set healthy boundaries, and be interested in teens. Interview, references, background check and participation in ongoing training required. Required time commitment is flexible, but a weekly contact of some kind (phone, email, in-person) is expected. Total ranges from 4-10 hours per month spent with teen.
